The court files
The court files should be placed in a separate folder in the playbook program folder. The name of this folder is the same as the filename of the plugin information file without the .plg extension.
For the netball example the folder would be:
c:\program files\jes-soft\Basketball Playbook 010\Jesnetball1

The court files are windows bitmap files.

Court files file name
For these files the following naming rule applies:

Plugin name
The plugin name contains a tag for the creator and a sport. It can only contain characters (a..z, A..Z). For example if he creator of the plugin is Jes-Soft the Tag would be "Jes". If the sport is netball the complete plugin name is Jesnetball.

Plugin number
The plugin number is something like a version number in this case 1. It can only contain numbers (1..9), without leading zeros. If you would make a new version of a plugin it gets the number 2. When a user hasn't installed plugin number 2, but has installed number 1, plugin 1 will be used as a replacement. Note that you have to keep the court layouts the same when increasing the number.

Court number
The courts or fields in the playbooks are numbered from 00 to 13. Where court 00, 01, 02, 06, 07, 08 and 12 are black & white and court 03, 04, 05, 09, 10, 11, 13 are in color.
The courts als match with each other. Courts 03, 04, 05 are the color versions of the black & white courts 00, 01 and 02. Courts 09, 10, 11 are the color versions of the black & white courts 06, 07 and 08. Finally court 13 is the color version of the black & white court 12.

Size
This number is matched to the size of the image and can range from 1 to 5. only 1 and 2 are really useful. 1 is used for the normal display, 2 for printing and full screen animation.

Extension
The extension of the court files name is .bmp

In this case the complete filename for a plugin named jesnetball with plugin number 1 for court 5, size 2 is:
jesnetball1-05-2.bmp

The logo file
The logo file is called logo.bmp and placed in the same folder as the courts.
For the netball example the folder would be:
c:\program files\jes-soft\Basketball Playbook 010\Jesnetball1

The logo file is a standard windows bitmap file and is shown in the upper left corner on a printed page and at startup of the program if the plugin is active.
