Players line up, shoulder to shoulder in front of the goal, approx. halfway between the goal and the foul line.
Inbounder yells "break".
3 steps back towards foul line.
2 and 5 close the gap creating a screen so as not to allow 3's defender back.

Inbounder passes a high lob over the top of the screen.

3 takes her shot and the other go for the rebound !!!!!!
