Two lines of players above the perimeter, 2 wings, 2 players at the low-post.
First players in the two lines have a ball.

The drill starts with a pass to the wings.

Every players follows his pass.

Wings give a pass to low-post players and follow their ball. Low-posts give a cross-pass to the first player in the opposite line.

Low-posts line up behind the last player in the opposite line;

Meanwhile the drill continues with player 2 and 6.

And so we have continuous movement.
