Offense 1-4
Playname : Perimeter rules

1

When penetration is made towards the baseline, either the 2 dribbling or passing to the post, all perimeter players rotate in a step-slide motion toward the ballside baseline.

The goal for the perimeter player is to keep their spacing and find the seem for a shot. The step-slide motion will get them in the right spot, but the player must also be in a tail down and hands up position to get the shot off in time.

2

When penetration is made from the top of the key(dribble or pass), wing players step slide towards the corners or behind the penetrator. If the point passes into the middle, the point slides opposite direction of the post player.
