When the official hands the ball to 3, we want the 2 to run off 5 pick to the corner. We are looking for 2 in the corner or coming up to the ball. If 2 gets the ball, he looks for jumper, drives or pass to 5. The 5 should have sealed the defense on the pick, this will get himself open if defense goes out on 2. 3 will cut hard to the basket if open lane, or spot up for shot after inbounding the ball. 4 will pick for one and then roll high off the pick as a safety.
Once ball gets in play, 4 would go to the high post and we are in an overload for 2. We can continue to swing the ball until a shot with big men crossing.
